About Us

NCU International Development Foundation

A non-profit 501(c) (3) organization based in Washington DC. It was designed to serve as the global fundraising arm of NCU. It was founded to support fundraising for the university’s infrastructure, student development projects, and programs. The Foundation will collaborate with existing local and international organizations in support of NCU.

The NCU International Development Foundation seeks to invest in the future of NCU.

The Foundation also seeks to build on NCU’s century-old legacy of difference-making and human development for the Caribbean and the world.

Through individual, corporate and foundation giving, the Foundation aims to help NCU prepare a new generation of values-based scholars and leaders from diverse fields of study, whose work will help to make our world a better place.

About NCU

Northern Caribbean University

Northern Caribbean University was established in 1907 as a liberal arts junior college. The current enrollment of 3500 students represents an international student body, with students and faculty from the Caribbean, North and South America, Africa, the West Indies, and Europe.

The university is fully accredited by the University Council of Jamaica and is also accredited by the Adventist Accrediting Association in Washington D.C., and is recognized by the United States Office of Veterans Affairs as an approved center where veterans can use their GI education benefits to access higher education.
